Job summary

Comfort Systems USA seeks an experienced Foreman Electrician to lead a crew on commercial/industrial projects. You will oversee Journeymen, Apprentices, and Helpers, ensuring quality and safety while interpreting blueprints and specifications to guide installation and repairs.

The role requires strong leadership, site coordination, and the ability to manage schedules and materials in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial environments.
• Ability to lead, mentor and coach teams of roughly five Helpers, Apprentices and Journeyman Electricians.
• Thorough understanding of blueprints, schematics and project specs.
• Willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Work alongside your crew and ensure quality of work to the highest standards.
• Develop material lists from layouts and job site demands for supervision.
• Assist in developing manpower schedules for the team.
• Ensure all crew work complies with local and NEC guidelines.
• Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble and install conduit and devices.
• Read project specs and project documents to lay out work.
