Comfort Systems USA in Scarborough, ME seeks an experienced Foreman Electrician to lead a crew on commercial and industrial projects. You will supervise Journeymen, Apprentices and Helpers, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence on-site.

You will read specifications and blueprints, develop manpower plans, and ensure NEC/code compliance. Proficiency with BlueBeam/Navisworks and field layout is a plus.

Qualificações

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Proven leadership abilities to guide a crew of ~5 helpers/journeymen.
• Ability to read and understand project specifications, blueprints, and schematics.
• Skilled in coordinating with other trades and supervising on-site work.
• Familiarity with BlueBeam/Navisworks for project plans.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure quality of work to the highest standards.
• Develop manpower schedules for their team.
• Prepare material lists from layouts, area prints, and job site demands.
• Help achieve production and budget goals by communicating needs to the team.
• Ensure all work by crew complies with local and NEC guidelines.
• Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble and install electrical conduit.
• Install and terminate electrical devices, fixtures, panel boards, brand circuit and feeder conductors.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of circuitry.
• Read and understand project specifications, blueprints, and schematics.
• Lay out small areas of work from electrical drawings and project documents.
• Perform field layout using Trimble equipment and software.
• Correctly determine wire, conduit, and junction box sizing.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of lighting and general power circuits.
