Job summary

Comfort Systems USA seeks an experienced Foreman Electrician to oversee a crew of Helpers, Apprentices and Journeyman electricians on commercial/industrial projects. You will lead on-site execution, mentor staff, and ensure work meets NEC and project specifications.

The role requires 7-10 years of electrical construction experience and strong coordination with supervision to meet schedules and budgets. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Ability to lead, mentor and coach teams of roughly five workers.
• Ability to read and understand project blueprints and specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure quality of work to the highest standards.
• Develop manpower schedules for the team.
• Prepare material lists from layouts and job site demands.
