Job summary

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Demonstrates leadership abilities with ability to grow as a team leader.
• Able to read and understand project blueprints and specs.
• Communicates effectively with trades and supervision.
• Understands construction schedules and can contribute to planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure quality of work meets high standards and safety guidelines.
• Develop manpower schedules for the crew.
• Create material lists from layouts and job site demands.
• Guide crew to meet production and budget goals.
• Ensure work complies with NEC and local codes.
• Oversee installation of conduits, devices, and panels.
• Read project drawings and schematics to guide work.
