Job summary

Amteck is hiring an Electrical Foreman for a new construction project. The Foreman will lead a crew of Helpers, Apprentices, and Journeyman electricians, overseeing installation, alteration and repair of electrical systems while mentoring the team on site.

The role requires strong leadership, ability to read blueprints and project documents, and skill in coordinating manpower and schedules to meet production targets and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Demonstrates leadership abilities; able to coach teams of Helpers, Apprentices and Journeymen.
• Reads and interprets blueprints, specs, and schematics; communicates with other trades.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure quality of work to high standards.
• Develop manpower schedule for the team.
