Job summary

Comfort Systems USA in Florida is seeking an experienced Foreman Electrician to supervise a crew of Helpers, Apprentices and Journeyman electricians on commercial/industrial projects. You will install, alter and repair electrical systems while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule compliance.

The role requires 7–10 years of field experience, strong leadership, and the ability to read project specs, blueprints, and schematics.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Proven leadership ability to supervise ~5 crew members.
• Ability to read and interpret project specifications, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong communication and teamwork across trades.
• Willingness to train and mentor apprentices and helpers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Develop material lists from layouts and job site demands.
• Ensure work meets NEC and local guidelines.
• Install and terminate electrical devices, fixtures, and panels.
• Read project documents and lay out work from drawings.
• Monitor schedules and keep crews productive.
