Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking an experienced Foreman Electrician to lead a crew on commercial and industrial projects. You will install, alter and repair electrical systems while mentoring Journeymen, Apprentices and Helpers on site.

Applicants should have 7–10 years of electrical construction, strong blueprint/NEC knowledge, and the ability to develop manpower plans and schedules for success. Overtime and on-site teamwork are expected.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Ability to lead, mentor and coach a team of ~5 workers.
• Strong blueprint, spec and NEC understanding.
• Willingness to plan manpower schedules and coordinate trades.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeymen, Helpers and Apprentices on site.
• Ensure work quality meets high standards and NEC guidelines.
• Develop material lists from layouts and job demands for supervision.
• Communicate production goals and schedules to the team.
• Lay out and install conduit, devices, panels and feeders as needed.
• Read drawings and project documents; understand underground layouts.
• Coordinate with supervision and other trades; enforce safety.
