Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking a Foreman Electrician to oversee a crew of Helpers, Apprentices and Journeyman electricians on commercial/industrial projects. This role involves leading, mentoring, coordinating schedules and ensuring safety and quality on site.

The Foreman will read blueprints and project documents, develop material lists, and work within NEC guidelines to install and repair electrical systems, while collaborating with other trades.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Ability to lead a crew of ~5 workers including Journeyman electricians.
• Aptitude to learn and coordinate with multiple trades on site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure work quality and safety to high standards.
• Develop manpower schedules and communicate needs to supervision.
• Read project specs, blueprints and schematics to plan work.
