Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking an experienced Foreman Electrician to lead a crew on electrical installations, alterations, and repairs in commercial/industrial settings. You will supervise Journeymen, Apprentices, and Helpers, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence.

You will read blueprints, manage material lists, and coach the team while coordinating with supervision to meet project goals. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are required.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Demonstrates leadership abilities with ability to grow coaching teams of five.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, specs and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure work quality meets highest standards.
• Develop manpower schedules for the team.
• Create material lists from layouts and communicate to supervision.
• Support production and budget goals through effective team guidance.
• Ensure crew work complies with local codes and NEC.
