Job summary

Kiewit Power Constructors seeks an Electrical Superintendent to lead field electrical installs including underground duct bank, conduit, cable tray, pulling, terminations and equipment. You will spend substantial time in the field ensuring safety, quality and productivity.

Coordinate with other superintendents, manage scheduling, and mentor craft crews while upholding safety and nondiscrimination policies. Relocation may be required based on project needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial electrical installation scopes of work.
• Experience supervising craft workers and leading teams.
• Willingness to travel and relocate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory direction of craft workers managing safety, quality and production.
• Plan, schedule and execute field operations ensuring compliance with contract specs and electrical code requirements.
• Coordinate with other superintendents and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and schedule adherence.
• Develop a schedule based on provided man hours to ensure timely completion within the project schedule.
• Resolve employee conflicts, grievances, and scheduling difficulties, informing project and corporate management as appropriate.
• Ensure project rules, procedures and programs are followed consistently, including safety, attendance, and workplace behavior policies.
