Job summary

Reworld seeks a Director of Electrical Engineering to lead the Electrical Design Engineering team for 30+ North American facilities. You will guide high-, medium-, and low-voltage electrical design, coordinate with site and regional teams, and drive capital projects and feasibility studies.

Travel ~30% is expected. Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you will mentor SMEs, lead FEL activities, and shape technical standards while aligning with strategic growth initiatives and maintenance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 15–20 years in electrical engineering with 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience with MV/HV systems and protective relaying.
• Strong collaboration across site and regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Electrical Design Engineering team for North America facilities.
• Oversee capital project electrical infrastructure design.
• Develop and maintain electrical design standards library.
• Provide operations support and technology upgrade evaluations.
• Mentor SMEs and lead talent development.
