Job summary

Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you will drive capital projects, feasibility studies, and technical programs while mentoring SMEs and aligning with FEL processes and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering/Science (Electrical Engineering) is required.
• 15–20 years in electrical engineering with leadership experience.
• Experience with MV and HV systems (switchgear, transformers, relays).
• Ability to manage technical teams across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Electrical Design Engineering team and capital projects.
• Oversee electrical infrastructure design for high-, medium-, and low-voltage systems.
• Develop electrical design standards and library updates.
