Job summary

Westlake is seeking newly graduated electrical engineers for its Graduate Rotational Opportunities (GROW) program. A 3–5 year leadership development track with rotations across Operations, Reliability, Capital Projects, and more, plus hands-on training and mentoring to build technical and leadership skills.

You will tackle real-world challenges, participate in projects that drive product and process innovation, and gain broad exposure to Westlake's PEM operations in the United States.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Willing to rotate to different US locations every 12-18 months for a total of 3-5 years.
• Ability to obtain a TWIC credential.
• Strong team building, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through roles under a mentor to develop leadership and technical skills.
• Participate in projects across operations, reliability, capital projects, and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to product and process innovation and cost-saving initiatives.
• Engage in local day-to-day operations and gain exposure to multiple Westlake sites.
• Develop leadership capabilities and high-performance teamwork through rotations.
