Job summary

Westlake Corporation invites newly graduated electrical engineers to join the GROW Rotational Opportunities program. This 3-5 year program enables you to rotate through multiple engineering disciplines and gain on-the-job experience.

Under mentorship, you&ll work on projects in Operations, Reliability, Capital Projects, and more, building leadership and technical skills while supporting product and process innovation across PEM.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering degree required
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Willing to rotate to different US locations every 12-18 months for 3-5 years
• Ability and willingness to obtain a TWIC card
• Strong team building, leadership and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Rotate through roles such as Operations, Reliability, Capital Projects, Continuous Improvement, Process Controls, Business Management, and Supply Chain & Logistics
• Work under a mentor to develop leadership and engineering solutions that enable product and process innovation
• Contribute to high-performance teamwork delivering solutions for manufacturing and supply of essential products
• Develop leadership skills and maintain a safety mindset in all assignments
• Pursue post-program opportunities as a Process, Production, Maintenance, Reliability, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Project Engineer
