Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering.
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Willing to rotate to different US locations every 12–18 months for 3–5 years.
• Strong teamwork, leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotations across Operations, Reliability, Capital Projects, and other areas.
• Work under a mentor to develop leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Contribute to cost savings, quality improvements, and efficiency.
• Support product and process innovation through hands-on project work.
• Prepare for future roles such as Process, Production, or Project Engineer.
