Job summary

Westlake is seeking newly graduated electrical engineers for the Graduate Rotational Opportunities at Westlake (GROW). This 3–5 year program offers leadership development, on-the-job experience, and exposure to multiple business areas within the Performance and Essential Materials segment.

Rotations include operations, reliability, capital projects, CI, process controls, business management, and supply chain & logistics.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering.
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Willing to rotate to different US locations every 12-18 months for 3-5 years.
• Ability to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential).
• Strong teamwork, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
