Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering from an accredited program.
• Willing to rotate to different US locations every 12-18 months for 3-5 years.
• Strong team building, leadership and problem-solving skills; good communication.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 3-5 year rotational program across multiple engineering roles.
• Work under a mentor to lead projects and develop leadership and technical skills.
• Contribute to process improvements, cost savings and reliability initiatives.
