Job summary

Westlake offers a Graduate Rotational Opportunity (GROW) for new electrical engineering graduates. The 3-5 year program rotates you through roles such as Operations, Reliability, Capital Projects, and more, with mentorship and leadership training to prepare you for engineering leadership within Westlake's PEM business.

Participants will rotate every 12-18 months across multiple US locations, developing technical and leadership capabilities while solving real-world problems to enhance life across

Qualifications

B.S. or M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering.
0-2 years of relevant work experience.
Minimum 3.0 GPA.
Willing to rotate to different US locations every 12-18 months for a total of 3 - 5 years.
Ability and willingness to obtain a Transportation Worker’s Identification Card (TWIC).
Strong team building, leadership and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Work on rotations under a mentor in your designated focus area.
Contribute to projects that develop leadership and engineer creative solutions.
Gain exposure to multiple business processes and operations across locations.
Support process improvements to enable product and process innovation.
