Job summary

Westlake Chemical invites new electrical engineering graduates to join the GROW program, a 3–5 year rotational leadership development track within the Performance and Essential Materials segment.

You will rotate through roles such as Operations, Reliability, Capital Projects, Continuous Improvement, Process Controls, Business Management, and Supply Chain & Logistics, gaining hands-on experience under a mentor.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Willing to rotate to different US locations every 12–18 months for 3–5 years.
• Ability to obtain a Transportation Worker’s Identification Card (TWIC).
• Strong team building, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.
