Job summary

Michels Power, Inc. seeks an Electrical Project Manager to lead heavy industrial E&I construction projects across North America. You will oversee safety, budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and customer relationships from startup to turnover.

The role requires 5+ years in electrical project management, strong knowledge of medium- and high-voltage systems, and the ability to collaborate with field teams, engineers, and vendors while ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing industrial electrical and instrumentation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution from award through commissioning and closeout.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, schedules, procurement, and contracts.
• Coordinate with customers, engineers, field ops, and subcontractors.
• Monitor safety, quality, and compliance to standards.
