Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience.
• High School or GED - Required

Responsibilities

• Process telephone orders with quotes, delivery terms, and substitute products when needed.
• Support outside sales by handling priority transactions.
• Use digital tools to sell, market, promote, and answer technical questions.
• Prospect for new accounts within a defined territory.
• Manage a defined customer base and maintain relationships.
• Close orders and resolve customer issues using root-cause analysis.
