Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an experienced electrical engineer to lead the electrical discipline across multiple projects, from pursuit to construction. You will act as the engineer of record, coordinating with teams and clients on diverse facilities including manufacturing plants, EV charging, infrastructure, data centers, and retail spaces.

Role requires building strong professional relationships, site surveys, and deep knowledge of NFPA/NEC/IEEE/UL standards, plus fluency with AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• EIT certification and working towards PE.
• 4+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Knowledge of NFPA, NEC, NETA, ANSI, IEEE, UL, UFC, UBC and IEC/CE/EN standards.
• OSHA training preferred in some lines.

Responsibilities

• Lead design teams to develop construction-ready drawing packages with inter-discipline coordination.
• Travel to project sites for engineering site surveys, data collection for power system studies, and client collaboration.
• Provide mentoring to junior staff.
• Support proposal efforts to win design work.
• Develop sealed drawings with designers and ensure quality control.
