Job summary

North Coast, part of the Sonepar group, is seeking a motivated sales-oriented professional for counter sales across Contractor, Industrial, and OEM markets. You will handle quotations, order entry, and proactive customer service to strengthen market share.

Ideal candidates bring sales experience in electrical products, strong communication skills, and teamwork. Ability to support warehouse tasks and work weekday hours is expected.

Qualifications

• Possess a personal and professional vision of success inteamwork
• Previous sales experience and product knowledge in the electrical field is preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Self-motivated problem solver in a team environment
• Positive attitude, willingness and desire to improve skill level
• Experience with Microsoft Office/Excel/Word
• Proficiency in Solar Eclipse is preferred

Responsibilities

• Counter Sales for Contractor, Industrial & OEM Market
• Quotations, order entry, tracking and proactive Customer Service
• Counter and other sales/support duties as directed
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key vendors
• Commit to proactive and team approach to sales
• Identify and pursue gross margin and market share growth opportunities
• Promote heavily the DOTP (Deliver on the Promise) CSG's for increased share
• Relationship building with Will Call customers
• Helping warehouse as needed (wire cuts, filling orders, loading delivery truck)
• Other duties as assigned
