Capital Electric in Durham, NC is seeking a Counter Sales associate to greet customers, assist with product selection, and process orders at the counter. You will work closely with sales and warehouse teams to ensure accurate tickets and timely service.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Sales experience and/or Electrical knowledge preferred.
• Strong math, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and handle incoming calls at the counter.
• Assist customers with product selection and ordering.
• Process and charge customer sales tickets accurately.
• Pull orders from warehouse and bring to the counter.
• Promote and sell promotions and special offers.
• Support warehouse functions as needed.
• Help achieve monthly sales and gross margin goals.
• Provide courteous, professional service at all times.
• Multi-task and prioritize daily tasks efficiently.
• Perform other duties as required
