Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• Sales experience and/or Electrical knowledge preferred, but training is available.
• Good mathematics, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer phone calls.
• Greet walk-in customers.
• Assist customers with orders and product selection.
• Pull customer orders from warehouse and deliver to counter.
• Prepare sales tickets and process charges.
• Promote and sell product promotions.
• Assist with some warehouse tasks.
• Aim to meet monthly sales and gross margin targets.
• Show courtesy and professionalism toward customers.
• Multitask and prioritize daily duties.
