Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is hiring a Project Manager - Electrical Construction with national travel. The role provides overall administrative and technical direction for electrical projects and P&L ownership.

You will guide planning, scheduling, and engineering while coordinating with GC, subs, superintendents, and unions. The ideal candidate will have a electrical/engineering PM background, 3–5 years of experience, and proficiency with Procore and BIM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering, project management, construction management or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience.
• Experience with construction software tools (Procore, Accubid, Revit, CAD, SKM, Navisworks) and budgeting.
• Strong knowledge of electrical contracts, plans, and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total construction and design effort to ensure compliance with design, NEC, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate communication among General Contractors, Subcontractors, Superintendents, and union officials.
• Approve project staff transactions and wages.
• Direct planning, scheduling and engineering functions.
• Participate in estimating projects and writing bid proposals.
• Review and approve purchases and invoices.
