Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking an Associate Project Manager for electrical construction with national travel. This site-based role supports large projects across the USA, coordinating with contractors, supervisors, and staff to maintain budget, schedule, and safety standards.

You will assist with staffing, estimating, purchasing, and safety program implementation, while progressing project lifecycle management on complex jobs nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 0-1 year of construction and/or project experience OR knowledge of construction methods.
• Project Managed training, experience or skills with a general understanding of a project lifecycle.
• Strong process orientation, analytical and mathematical skills.
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Outstanding interpersonal and team leadership skills.
• Must possess strong attention to detail and ensure maximum quality of work throughout the lifecycle of the project.
• Must be willing to travel to and potentially temporarily relocate to project locations.
• Experience with Accubid a plus.
• Experience with Bluebeam Revu a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the total construction and design effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.
• Act as a liaison to coordinate communication between internal and external project members, including GCs, Subcontractors, Superintendents, and Foremen.
• Assist the Project Manager in staffing approvals, including selection of superintendent, general foremen, and foremen.
• Perform specialized estimating and assist in estimating projects.
• Assist the Project Manager with purchase requisitions, payment approvals, and change order requests.
• Assist in implementing and interpreting safety programs and ensure OSHA requirements are met.
