Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC seeks a Project Manager for Electrical Construction with national travel. You will provide overall administrative and technical direction for electrical projects, coordinating internal and external teams and maintaining project profitability.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of PM experience, with proficiency in tools like Procore, Revit and BIM to support planning, budgeting and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience on electrical or construction projects.
• Proficiency with construction software and BIM tools; strong estimating, budgeting and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total construction and design effort to ensure project adherence to design, code, budget and schedule.
• Coordinate communication among General Contractors, Subcontractors, Superintendents and vendors.
• Approve staffing, wages and personnel transactions for the project team.
• Provide direction to planning, scheduling and engineering functions.
• Assist in estimating projects and writing bid Proposals.
• Review purchase requisitions, approvals, invoices and change orders.
• Support safety programs and ensure OSHA compliance on site.
