Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a Project Manager for Electrical Construction with national travel. You will provide overall administrative and technical direction for electrical projects, ensuring design alignment with NEC, budget, and schedule.

The role requires coordinating with general contractors, subcontractors, and field staff while maintaining project documentation and safety compliance. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years PM experience in electrical/construction environments, proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering, project management, business administration, construction management or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience with a solid understanding of the project life cycle.
• Experience with construction software tools (e.g., Procore, Accubid, Revit, CAD, SKM, AGI, Navisworks and/or BIM).
• Knowledge of project management tools, construction methods, estimating, costing, scheduling, and OSHA regulations.
• Ability to read, interpret electrical contracts, plans, drawings, and specifications; strong mathematical skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; candidate must be able to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total construction and design effort to align with design, NEC, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate communication among General Contractors, Subcontractors, Superintendents, and others.
• Approve project staff transactions, including superintendent and wages.
• Provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions.
• Participate in estimating projects and writing bid proposals.
• Review purchase requisitions, payments, invoices, and change orders.
• Assist in safety program implementation and OSHA compliance.
• Ensure policies and logs are maintained.
• Maintain project documentation and logs.
• Support customer maintenance and other sales/marketing.
• Understand labor agreements and project-specific standards.
• Perform additional assignments as directed.
