Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support a large electrical construction project with nationwide travel. This site-based role collaborates with project teams across the USA to ensure design, budget, and schedule adherence while overseeing day-to-day management tasks under a Project Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree, strong communication and leadership abilities, and willingness to travel to multiple project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 0–1 year of construction or project experience or knowledge of construction methods.
• Project management training or experience with knowledge of a project lifecycle.
• Strong process orientation, analytical and mathematical skills.
• Superior written and verbal communication.
• Outstanding interpersonal and team leadership skills.
• Willing to travel and relocate to project locations.
• Experience with Accubid or Bluebeam Revu is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in total construction and design efforts to ensure project aligns with design, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate communication between internal and external project members (GCs, subs, supers, foremen).
• Assist in staffing decisions for project personnel including supers and foremen.
• Perform specialized estimating and assist in estimating projects.
• Assist with purchase requisitions, payment approvals, and change orders.
• Assist in implementing and interpreting safety programs and ensure OSHA compliance.
