Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a Project Manager - Electrical Construction with national travel. You will provide administrative and technical direction for electrical projects while maintaining bottom‑line profit and loss responsibilities.

You will coordinate with General Contractors, Subcontractors, Superintendents, foremen, and union officials, ensuring work aligns with design, NEC, and schedules. Travel to project sites nationwide is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering, PM, construction management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of PM experience; knowledge of project life cycle.
• Experience with construction software tools (Procore, Accubid, Revit, CAD, SKM, BIM systems).
• Strong reading of contracts, plans, drawings, and specs; solid financial and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction and design efforts to meet design, NEC, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate communication among General Contractors, Subcontractors, Superintendents, and union officials.
• Approve staffing decisions and wages; provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions.
• Assist in estimating projects and writing bid proposals; review requisitions and invoices.
