Job summary

ArchKey is seeking a Project Manager to support electrical construction projects across multiple locations. You will lead planning, execution, and financial performance while coordinating project teams and clients to deliver successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in construction PM, strong leadership, and experience with estimating and BIM tools. Travel to sites within the region may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, PM, construction management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in construction (electrical distribution/substation, renewable energy, or related).
• Experience with Accubid; proficiency with Revit, CAD, SKM, Navisworks, and/or BIM is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate with clients, contractors, and field leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic input with leadership and manage project quality, scope, and stakeholders.
• Lead large commercial/industrial electrical construction projects to ensure on-time delivery within budget and safety targets.
• Coordinate project team including engineers and field leadership to ensure office and field alignment.
• Support preconstruction efforts including estimating input, scope development, and value engineering.
• Oversee project budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and change management; maintain project docs.
