Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a Project Manager - Electrical Construction with national travel to lead electrical projects from design through execution. You will coordinate with General Contractors, subcontractors, and field teams to meet NEC codes, budgets, and schedules.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years PM experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a track record in electrical construction. This role requires travel to multiple project sites across the country.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering, project management, construction management or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience with knowledge of the project life cycle.
• Proficiency with construction software tools (e.g., Procore, Accubid, Revit, CAD, SKM, AGI, Navisworks and/or BIM).
• Knowledge of electrical contracts, plans, drawings, specs, budgeting, scheduling and OSHA regulations.
• Strong financial, analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction and design effort to ensure design, NEC, budget and schedule compliance.
• Coordinate communication among General Contractors, Subcontractors, Superintendents, foremen and union officials.
• Approve staff transactions including choices of superintendent and foremen, staff volume, and wages.
• Provide directions to planning, scheduling and engineering functions.
• Participate in estimating projects and writing bid proposals.
• Review purchase requisitions, payments, invoices and change orders.
• Support safety programs and OSHA compliance.
• Maintain official project documentation and logs.
• Drive customer maintenance and sales activities.
• Understand labor agreements and project-specific standards.
• Perform additional assignments as directed.
