Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC seeks a Project Manager for Electrical Construction with national travel. The role can be based anywhere in the United States and will work onsite at a National Team construction site.

You will provide administrative and technical direction for electrical projects, with bottom-line profit and loss responsibility, and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure safety, schedules, and standards are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience.
• Experience with construction software tools (Procore, Revit, CAD, BIM).
• Strong financial, analytical and mathematical skills.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical or civil contracts, plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total construction and design effort to ensure project complies with design, NEC, budget and schedule.
• Coordinate communication among General Contractors, Subcontractors, Superintendents and union officials.
• Authorize staff transactions including superintendent and foreman appointments; manage wages and staffing.
• Guide planning, scheduling, and engineering functions; participate in estimating and bid proposals.
• Review purchase requisitions, approve payments, and manage change orders.
• Support safety programs and OSHA compliance; ensure project policies and logs are maintained.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure liaison with customers and sales efforts.
• Foster understanding of labor agreements and standards; support continuous improvement efforts.
