Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects, coordinating project teams, field leadership, and clients to deliver successful outcomes. You may independently lead smaller projects or collaborate with Senior Project Managers on larger ventures.

This role offers growth into Senior Project Manager roles, exposure to diverse electrical systems, NEC knowledge, and travel to regional sites; a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and on-time performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering, PM, or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in electrical construction or related areas.
• Experience with Accubid; proficiency in Revit, CAD, SKM, Navisworks or BIM is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with strategic thinking.
• Knowledge of NEC, safety standards, and ability to read technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project teams, including engineers, field leadership, and clients.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and safety performance for projects.
• Provide preconstruction input, value engineering, and contract negotiations.
• Oversee procurement planning, change orders, and document management.
• Build and maintain client and partner relationships; ensure quality and timely delivery.
