ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a Project Manager responsible for planning, executing, and financially managing electrical construction projects across multiple locations. The PM will coordinate with project teams, field leadership, and clients to deliver successful outcomes.

This role offers growth opportunities as PMs advance to Senior PM roles, with a focus on scheduling, procurement, risk management, and ensuring adherence to NEC and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, PM, construction management or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience; strong understanding of project life cycle.
• 2+ years in construction project management (electrical distribution/substation, renewable energy).
• Experience with estimating software; proficiency with Accubid, Revit, CAD, SKM, BIM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead large commercial/industrial electrical construction projects; ensure scope, schedule, budget, and safety goals.
• Coordinate project teams, field leadership, owners, contractors, engineers, and designers.
• Oversee project planning, staffing, procurement, scheduling, and change management.
• Manage project financial performance: budgeting, forecasting, cost control.
• Maintain client and partner relationships; primary contact for stakeholders.
• Uphold company safety programs and expectations on all project activities.
• Administer contracts, procurement decisions, and subcontract strategies.
