Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support electrical construction on large projects nationwide. You will assist the Project Manager with administrative and technical direction, coordinating between contractors, subs, and field leadership on site-specific tasks.

This role requires flexibility to travel to various project sites and potential relocation, with a focus on maintaining budgets, schedules, and safety standards across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical engineering or construction management.
• 0–1 year of construction or project experience.
• Understanding of a project lifecycle and site-based work.
• Willingness to travel and relocate to project sites.
• Experience with Accubid or Bluebeam Revu is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in overall administrative and technical direction for a large project.
• Coordinate communications between internal and external project members (GCs, subs, superintendents, foremen).
• Assist in staff selection and approvals for project staffing.
• Perform specialized estimating and assist in estimating projects.
• Handle purchase requisitions, payment approvals, and change orders.
• Support safety program implementation and OSHA compliance.
