Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a Project Director - Electrical Construction to lead large-scale projects across the USA with national travel. This site-based role requires strategic oversight, budgeting, scheduling, and client satisfaction across the Electrical department.

You will collaborate with senior leadership to drive project execution, staffing, and quality control, while mentoring staff and delivering profitable outcomes on complex electrical installations nationwide.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in project management, business administration, construction engineering/management, or a related field.
7-8 years of project management and project leadership experience with projects of all sizes; minimum 5 years of direct people management.
3-5 years of experience with medium voltage underground electrical installation.
Experience reading contracts, plans, drawings, and specifications; strong budgeting and scheduling skills.
Proficiency with Accubid, Revit, CAD, SKM, Navisworks and BIM systems.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute project strategies to ensure high quality and profitability across multiple regional or national projects.
Lead staffing, scheduling, cost control, and coordination with contractors and designers.
Manage project documentation, invoicing, payments, and client communications to ensure satisfaction.
Build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to meet project goals.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to staff and teams.
