Job summary

Rosendin Electric is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for entry-level project management growth on high-profile construction programs. You will support the Project Management team with administrative tasks, documentation control, and coordination with subcontractors and clients to keep projects on schedule.

You'll learn to manage submittals, RFIs, logs, and meeting materials while developing essential project controls and communication skills in a dynamic, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction-related role.
• Combination of training, education, and relevant work experience that is equivalent.
• Proficient in scheduling, document control, and project administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Oversee project activities assigned by the Project Manager and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain change orders, submittal and drawing control logs for meetings.
• Create and issue subcontractor contracts.
• Assemble and deliver Owner and Maintenance Manuals.
• Support field personnel and coordinate with subcontractors and clients.
