Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Construction Manager - Electrical to support electrical construction projects and oversee field execution across the Northeast and Central regions.

Candidates must reside in Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Connecticut, or Vermont and be willing to travel up to 75% to support project and construction activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years electrical construction/field service/commissioning/maintenance experience.
• Associate degree with 7+ years experience in the same areas.
• Ten years experience in lieu of degree.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid driver's license and pass background/drug screenings.
• Compliance with Eaton's safety program and QEW requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead turnkey electrical construction projects from pre-construction through commissioning and client turnover.
• Manage schedules, budgets, contracts, change orders and risk across multiple projects.
• Coordinate with engineering/design/field teams for cost-effective, constructible solutions.
• Oversee safety, quality, QA/QC, JSA, lockout/tagout and progress reporting.
