Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC seeks an Associate Project Manager to support project managers on large electrical construction projects nationwide. You will coordinate with contractors, foremen, and engineers to keep budgets and schedules on track.

You’ll assist staffing, estimating, purchasing, and change orders while contributing to safety program implementation on diverse sites across the country.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 0-1 year of construction or project experience or knowledge of construction methods.
• Project management training or experience with understanding a project lifecycle.
• Strong process orientation, analytical and mathematical skills.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and team leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel and potentially relocate to project sites.
• Experience with Accubid and Bluebeam Revu is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with overall administrative and technical direction on large or smaller projects.
• Coordinate communication among General Contractors, Subcontractors, Superintendents, and Foremen.
• Assist staffing decisions including selection of superintendent and foremen.
• Help with specialized estimating and project cost control.
• Process purchase requisitions, payment approvals, and change orders.
• Support the implementation of safety programs and OSHA compliance.
