Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support large electrical construction projects nationwide, including travel to project sites across the USA. This site-based role works under a Project Manager to help drive project success and safety.

The position involves assisting with administrative and technical direction, coordinating with General Contractors, Subcontractors, Superintendents, and Foremen, and helping with staffing, estimates, and change orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management required.
• 0–1 year construction or project experience or knowledge of construction methods.
• Training or skills in project management lifecycle.
• Strong communication and detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in overall administrative and technical direction.
• Coordinate communication between General Contractors, Subcontractors, Superintendents, and Foremen.
• Assist in staffing decisions, including selection of superintendents and foremen.
• Assist in estimation, requisitions, approvals, and change orders.
• Support safety program implementation and OSHA compliance.
