Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC seeks an Associate Project Manager for electrical construction with national travel. The role supports large projects across the USA, working from site-based assignments including current sites like Columbus, OH and others across the country.

You will assist the Project Manager in administrative and technical directions, with potential bottom-line responsibility on some projects. Travel to various project sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 0–1 year of construction and/or project experience or knowledge of construction methods.
• Project Managed training, experience or skills with a general understanding of a project lifecycle.
• Strong process orientation, analytical and mathematical skills.
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Outstanding interpersonal and team leadership skills.
• Must be willing to travel to and potentially relocate to project locations.
• Experience with Accubid a plus and Bluebeam Revu a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the total construction and design effort to ensure project is built according to design, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate communication between internal and external project members (GCs, Subcontractors, Superintendents, Foremen).
• Assist the Project Manager in staffing decisions including selection of superintendent and foremen.
• Perform specialized estimating and assist in estimating projects.
• Assist with purchase requisitions, payment approvals, and change orders.
• Assist in implementing safety programs and ensure OSHA requirements are met.
