Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support large electrical construction projects across the USA. This site-based role requires travel to multiple project sites nationwide, including temporary relocation as needed.

You will assist the Project Manager with administrative and technical direction, staffing decisions, and coordination among General Contractors and subcontractors. Strong communication and travel willingness are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, construction management or related field.
• 0–1 year of construction and/or project experience or knowledge of construction methods.
• Project management training, experience or skills with understanding of a project lifecycle.
• Strong process orientation, analytical and mathematical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to project locations and potentially relocate.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in overall administrative and technical direction for a large project or smaller projects.
• Coordinate communication among General Contractors, Subcontractors, Superintendents, and Foremen.
• Assist in staffing decisions for project team members, including superintendents and foremen.
• Perform specialized estimating and assist in estimating projects.
• Assist with purchase requisitions, payment approvals and change orders.
• Assist in implementing and interpreting safety programs and OSHA compliance.
