Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking an Associate Project Manager for electrical construction with national travel to support large projects across the USA. This site-based role backs the Project Manager in administrative and technical directions.

You will coordinate with General Contractors, Subcontractors, Superintendents, and Foremen, assist in staffing decisions, prepare estimates, manage purchases, and help implement safety programs to meet OSHA requirements. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 0–1 year of construction/project experience or knowledge of construction methods.
• Project lifecycle understanding with general management exposure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to project locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with administrative and technical directions on large projects.
• Coordinate communication among General Contractors, Subcontractors, Superintendents and Foremen.
• Assist in staffing decisions, including superintendent and foreman selection.
• Perform specialized estimating and assist in project estimates.
• Assist with purchase requisitions, payment approvals and change orders; support safety programs.
