Jacobs is hiring an Electrical BIM Designer to drive Revit-based design across electrical systems, coordinating with multi-discipline teams. You will set up BIM models, create 2D/3D deliverables, and ensure coordination with project leads.

The role supports a hybrid work model across the U.S. and requires 3+ years in BIM design with strong attention to detail and standards compliance.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of BIM design experience.
• At least 3 years of electrical systems design experience.
• Growing understanding of codes and standards shaping design decisions.
• Familiarity with markup software (Bluebeam).
• Ability to estimate hours from mark-ups and directions.
• Willingness to learn new things.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage Revit BIM models across disciplines.
• Create 2D construction drawings and clash-free 3D models.
• Coordinate with discipline BIM leads and project team.
• Ensure deliverables meet Jacobs and client standards.
