Job summary

Manhattan Construction Company in Tulsa, OK is seeking an Electrical Assistant Project Manager to help direct project scope, budgets, and owner/subcontractor relations on data center builds. The role requires leadership, organization, and strong communication to drive timely, safe project execution.

You will mentor on-site staff, participate in bid and pre-construction activities, review subcontracts, prepare schedules, and ensure compliance with contract documents and quality standards.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30-Hour Safety Certification and First Aid/CPR trained.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with project documentation, cost control, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Practice safety policies and project controls on site.
• Support in change order negotiations with subcontractors.
• Prepare and update job cost budgets and schedules.
• Assist with preconstruction activities and trade bid packages.
• Review subcontracts and purchase orders for compliance.
• Coordinate close-out documents, punch lists, and project completion.
