Job summary

P1 Construction, LLC seeks an Electrical Senior Project Manager for our Advanced Technologies/Mission Critical group with a jobsite in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area. This role is site-based and supported by our Midwest corporate office in Lenexa, KS, with future work primarily on Midwest sites.

Travel may be required and a per diem package applies. We value safety, family-like culture, and challenging, energetic work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's in construction/electrical field preferred.
• 10+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Experience with low- and medium-voltage cabling, conduit, load calculations.
• Experience in Mission Critical/ hyperscale data center environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel significantly when assigned to out-of-area sites.
• Manage electrical construction projects and coordinate field staff, subs, and vendors.
• Coordinate scheduling, budgeting, and project execution.
• Monitor project accounting and profitability.
• Maintain strong client, vendor, and team relationships.
• Lead subordinates per company leadership model.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
