Job summary

P1 Construction, LLC is seeking an Electrical Senior Project Manager for our Advanced Technologies/Mission Critical group with jobsites in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area. This role is site-based and supported by our Midwest corporate office in Lenexa, KS, with future work primarily in the Midwest.

Travel will be significant; candidates need 10+ years in electrical PM on large-scale projects, overseeing heavy electrical infra, low/high voltage cabling, coordination of teams, safety and budgets, and

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Electrical Construction Project Manager roles on large-scale projects with direct responsibility for electrical construction activities.
• Experience managing large-scale electrical infrastructure installations including low- and medium-voltage cabling, conduit, raceways, cable tray, and load calculations.
• Must be able to pass jobsite security, background, drug, and MVR checks.

Responsibilities

• Travel significantly when assigned to out-of-area projects.
• Manage electrical construction projects or assist senior management on large hyper-scale Midwest projects.
• Oversee field staff, subcontractor performance, and vendor compliance; ensure adherence to contract documents, budgets, safety, and legal requirements.
• Coordinate project scheduling, construction activities, and profitability tracking.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, inspectors, and P1 staff; communicate effectively with supervisor.
• Lead subordinates in line with P1 leadership model and operations principles to complete projects on time and within budget.
