Job summary

Manhattan Construction Company is seeking an Electrical Assistant Project Manager to help oversee project direction, owner and subcontractor relations, and on-site staffing. The role requires leadership, organization, and strong communication and client service skills.

You will work on diverse construction projects, participate in preconstruction and bid activities, review subcontracts, prepare budgets, and help develop the project execution plan while adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent.
• 4 years of industry experience.
• Electrical background or relevant experience.
• OSHA 30-Hour safety certification.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Change Order negotiations with subcontractors.
• Prepare job cost budget updates.
• Assist with trade bid packages and scope presentation.
• Coordinate input to develop the project schedule.
• Review subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Support owner and subcontractor relationships.
